PEARLY GOODS
Pharrell Williams knows good jeweler and the second wave of Tiffany Titan designs featuring freshwater pearls proves that. These lustrous additions, including House designer Jean Schlumberger’s Bird on a Pearl capsule collection, are a nod to
Tiffany & Co.’s hallmark use of pearls throughout its history. The inspiration behind the Tiffany Titan collection centres around Poseidon and Atlantis. “In Japan, it was believed that pearls were created from the tears of mythical water creatures; so I naturally gravitated towards them as a means of expressing this connection to water,” says Williams. The pearls’s softness juxtapose against the spear motif to form striking silhouettes that men and women can easily wear.
Waves of Memories
Since 2020, Boucheron has unveiled capsule editions that apply new materials, or crafting methods to Claire Choisne’s Carte Blanche high jeweler collection. This year, the Maison has captured the memory of water represented by a special score developed in collaboration with the French Institute for Acoustic/Music Research and Coordination within the iconic Quatre ring. Through an optical storage process, known as 5D memory, 100 megabytes of data are encoded within nanostructured glass, Glassomer, which is then sculpted in the shape of the Quatre ring with a line of diamonds set in white gold.
A MARRIAGE OF ART AND TECHNIQUE
Birdhichand Ghanshyamdas, from Jaipur, India, started in the 1930s and was the jeweller to the royal family of Rajasthan. Today, its legacy continues with third-generation creative director Yash Agarwal who takes a contemporary approach to the collections. In his latest collection are masterpieces that feature intricate motifs, rare gemstones and artisanal techniques that proudly represent India’s rich cultural heritage while mixing in art influences from other countries. “You will see a confluence of different art forms and different techniques altogether — Victorian motifs, baguette diamonds that are Art Deco and a little bit of Art Nouveau. My new collection speaks about all cultures; you can’t define me with boundaries,” says Agarwal.
FEEL THE FORCE
Maison FRED expands its iconic Force 10 collection with two new, gender-neutral diamond necklaces and earrings in yellow and white gold. Even before their official release, these designs were spotted on the brand’s newest global ambassador, Jin of BTS. The necklaces feature a two-strand design with the classic braided cable with the diamond buckle and a new variation that combines gold baguette links with a half-line of pavé diamonds. The matching clip earrings are arranged in three hoops—the diamond buckle, the cable and the diamond bar—and can be worn anywhere on the ear depending on your mood or look.

Couture O’Clock, Chanel’s 2024 novelties collection, pays tribute to the Maison’s founder Gabrielle Chanel and her exceptional atelier that has helped define and empower fashion as we know it. Chanel’s Haute Horlogerie wing was inspired by the tools necessary for daily work within the rue Cambon ateliers for its watchmaking and jeweler design. With new designs that offer hidden, playful details, these are statements of the House’s signature style codes that embrace a contemporary and highly creative approach to keeping time. The Bust Long Necklace Couture watch is a brilliant example in the shape of a gold mannequin covered in snow-set diamonds with a concealed dial at the waist. TOUGH AS STEEL
Franck Muller commemorates Sincere Fine Watches’ platinum jubilee with a limited edition Vanguard timepiece in Damascus steel. The case, skeletonized movement, crown, and buckle are crafted from an alloy of two types of stainless steel that enhances strength and resistance to corrosion compared to regular stainless steel. Each watch boasts a unique striated pattern that showcases the intricate layering of the Damascus steel, and the rose gold hands, side inserts, and crown cap give it a contemporary aesthetic worthy of any collector.
STONE TOUCH
In partnership with The Hour Glass, Hublot unveils the Classic Fusion Elements II Special Edition featuring a collection of watches boasting five natural stone dials—lunar meteorite, pink jasper, nephrite jade, turquoise and sodalite. “Hublot’s ‘Art of Fusion’ philosophy has always driven us to explore new materials and push the boundaries of watchmaking. With the Classic Fusion Elements II collection, we continue to blend tradition with innovation, creating watches that are as unique as the stones from which they are crafted,” says Julien Tornare, Hublot CEO. Each dial is housed within a 42mm titanium case with 18K King Gold screws and crown, and is fitted with a black alligator strap.
